Dual fuel freestanding range

Already really like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our new dual fuel range a few weeks ago and already like it! The oven cooks very evenly and the top is sleek and works well. The top ignition took me a minute to get a hand of but other than that it’s been great. I would definitely recommend. I love that it’s stainless steel under the grates, I hope it holds up over time because it’s really nice looking.

Annoying fans

The cooling fan on this stove comes on even after using the burner for a few moments. It's loud and stays on for 20+ minutes. There is no way to stop this function. I just moved into my beautiful new house and I am going to end up getting a new stove because of this, infuriatingly bad product design.

Cooktop is a huge design fail

This range absolutely sucks. When using the cooktop, the inner ring will not adjust with the outer ring. The inner flame stays at MAX level constantly even if you adjust the outer ring to minimum. The inner flame only adjusts when you have *just* the inner flame lit. This is a HUGE design flaw. Simmering is nonexistent bc you are either scorching the middle of your pot or you have to stand there stirring constantly to keep the heat distributed. So unbelievably disappointed in this range. The cooktop is not functional and barely usable.

Looks Good and operates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far everything is running great. The installer did an excellent job coming out to install it on short notice. That's because Frigidaire itself didn't coordinate with the installer and it took a week to install. I had to call three times. In addition, I paid more to install the stove because it was propane. Frigidaire didn't disclose that, frankly they should reimburse me for that or least provide me some products as cleaning products for the stove. I will circle back in a couple of months to report on the functions, its too early.

Not Great Features

They've asked me again to post, so I will. The digital timer only allows for a delay start of 1 hr. Why wasn't it programmed to allow the delayed start to be set by a clock time?? This is a huge disappointment. The controls are not at all intuitive. The manual is not well explained and there are no videos to explain things. Money paid doesn't justify these shortcomings.

Warning: Bake Delay feature is 1 hr max!

Have had this 2 weeks. There is no assembly video, and included instructions are minimal. Manual is horrible at explaining digital menu and settings. Not at all intuitive to learn. Worst of all, the Delay setting for baking is 1 hour max! 1 hour!! In this day and age of simple digital clocks, That's what they designed??. This wasn't evident pre-purchase. Beautiful range that could be so much more. I would love a company rep to contact me.

Dual Fuel Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dual fuel range is everything we expected. Great control on the gas range plus a large electric oven. Great combo.

So much room for activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is huge and has plenty of room. Be careful as the stainless will discolor with too much prolonged heat. The oven takes some getting used to and a bit to learn all the functions but a game changer in the end.

Statement Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is a statement in any kitchen! It creates a great focal point in your kitchen and is just WOW. The 6 burners making cooking a meal super easy with ample space. The oven is very spacious and quick to preheat. We love cooking and entertaining with this product, highly recommend!
